Vandon C. Martin

Vandon C. Martin, 79, of Enterprise, died Sept. 3 of natural causes. A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Enterprise Cemetery with Jerry Raedeke officiating.

Vandon was born Sept. 9, 1929, to Lee E. Martin and Ethel Mae (Evans) Martin in Flora. He married Noma Fay Kuhn July 2, 1947. She precdeded him in death in 1998.

Vandon was a retired rancher.

Survivors include his son, Gerry Martin of Enterprise; daughter, Patsy Allen and her husband, Jim, of Ritzville, Wash.; special friend and companion, Margaret Botts; sister, Voneta Brock of Hermiston; half-brother, Russell; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ielene Searles; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Twila DeVane; half-brother, Everrett Martin; brother, Eldon Martin; and numerous aunts and uncles.
