Sally Ann (Hopkins) Decker, 65, of Arlington, Wash., and formerly of La Grande, died unexpectedly Oct. 21.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.

Sally was born Oct. 19, 1943 in La Grande. She lived in Texas, Oregon and Arizona, but most of her life was spent in Eastern and Western Washington.
