Russell H. Ross

Russell H. Ross, age 39, of Cove, died September 12, 2004 at his home. A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Marys, Idaho on Saturday, September 25, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a luncheon at the home of Marvin and
Barbara Ross.

Russ was born on October 11, 1964, the son of Marvin and Carlcia (Larson) Ross in Grangeville, Idaho. He moved to Cove from Idaho in 1988 and worked in construction building bridges. He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and trapping. He loved music and had a kind and gentle soul and was always helping others.

Survivors include his mother, Carlcia Smith of Cove; father, Marvin Ross of Fernwood Idaho; son, Logan Ross of Cove; siblings, Cindi and Dave Frank of Colton, Washington, Ray and Mindi Ross of Cove, Miranda Feist of Weston, Matthew Feist of Cove and Melissa Smith of Cove, Dale Ross of Vermont, Bryan Ross of North Carolina, Carrie Cruse of Sandpoint, Idaho and Jessie Ross of Portland; step sisters, Vanessa Schmidt of St. Marys Idaho, Valerie Spohwen of Albany, Victoria Smith of Albany and Lisa Mechels serving in the U.S. Army; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
