Rose Marie Shaw, 73, of Pueblo, Colo., and formerly of Union, died May 15. A private burial will be at Nye, Colo.
Mrs. Shaw was born Oct. 18, 1930, to Casoer and Lillian J. Popelka Lehner in Nye. She attended school at Beehive, Mont., and married Gene Hudson on August 25, 1947. The couple lived in Absarokee, Mont., and were later divorced. She lived in Carnation, Wash., and moved to Union in 1965. She was married to a Mr. Shaw for a short time. In December of 2003 she moved to Colorado to be closer to family. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing the accordion, embroidery and hand work, reading, writing, gardening and spending time with her family.
Survivors include children, Keith Hudson of Snoqualmie, Wash., and Clay and Gary Hudson, both of Absarokee; sisters, Caroline Huff of Boone, Colo., Agnes Nordahl of Laurel, Mont., Shirley Vegge of Portland, and Mary Hellyer of Idaho City, Idaho. A brother died earlier.
