Pete Thomas, 86, of Lynnwood, Wash., and formerly of La Grande died March 11, at his home. At his request there will be no service.

Mr. Thomas was born Jan. 7, 1918, in Tooele, Utah. He served in the Army during World War II, and on July 3, 1942, he married Charlotte Price of La Grande.

Survivors include his wife of Lynnwood; children and their spouses, Sandy and Ole Iverson, Barb Thomas and Mark Thomas; two grandchildren; two sisters, Kate Talbott and Babe Sanford, both of La Grande, special loving family friend, Fred Jayne, and other relatives.
