Peggy J. Workman

Peggy J. Workman, 58, of Caldwell, Idaho, and formerly of La Grande, died Oct. 28 in Caldwell.

A celebration of life will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Union County Senior Center, 1504 Albany St. in La Grande. All are invited.

Peggy was born June 3, 1950 to Kenneth and Florence Workman in La Grande. She was schooled in La Grande and graduated from La Grande High School in 1969. After graduation Peggy served as a teacher's aide at Greenwood School and later served in the food and beverage industry.

Those who knew Peggy say she took the time to be a loving friend to all; she was Aunt Peggy to every child she met.

Survivors include her beloved Ricky Bibby of Caldwell, Idaho; mother, Florence Workman of La Grande; daughter, Jeni, son-in-law, Paul Andersen and four grandsons, all of Draper, Utah; sister, Sarah and brother-in-law, Lee King of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho; sister, Betty Wiseman of La Grande; sister, Susan King of Sherman Oaks, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews.
