Patricia "Patsey" Ruth Conner

Patricia Ruth "Patsey" Conner, age 70, of Union died January 18, 2005 at the Grande Ronde Hospital. Visitation will be from 10 am to 1:30 pm Tuesday at Gray's West and Company in Baker City. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Mount Hope Cemetery with her brother-in-law, Forrest Turner officiating.

Ms. Coner was born April 18, 1934, to Lawrence Albert and Alberta Holcomb Conner in Halfway. In 1942 the family moved to Pondosa and she attended school in Union. She moved to Baker City in 1950 where she lived until she moved to Union in 2001. She married George Judkins and was later divorced. She enjoyed crocheting heirloom tablecloths and bedspreads.

Survivors include her twin sons, Jason and Justin Judkins of Baker City; stepchildren, Barbara Davis of Ontario and Gary Judkins of Juneau, Alaska; two greandaughters; a brother, Verlin Conner of Tygh Valley and sisters, Nellie Turner and Rosmary Howerton, both of North Powder, and Shirly Stoddard of Union. Her ex-husband, three brothers, Daryl Conner, Daniel Conner and Don Ray and a sister, Alberta Walker, died earlier.
