Michelle Renee Tiedke, 39, of Dallas and formerly of La Grande, died Aug. 25 at a care center in Dallas of complications from multiple sclerosis.
There will be no public services.
Michelle was born July 21, 1971, to Trenton and Jan (Palmer) Clark in Bend. She attended Christian Life Center in Bend and public schools in La Grande where she enjoyed running track. As a child she loved camping, swimming and was the most patient fisherman, being awarded by catching several very large fish.
In 1990, Michelle married Frank Thomas and they had two children, Shelia and Jeremy. Michelle loved to cook and bake. Special memories were made when Shelia worked with her in the kitchen. Michelle loved the Lord and spent much of her time reading and talking about the Bible. She loved cats and dogs and enjoyed an occasional Red Baron pizza.
Surviving are son, Jeremy and his wife, Jesica Thomas, of San Diego, Calif.; daughter, Shelia Thomas of Moses Lake, Wash.; parents, Trenton and Jan Clark of La Grande; grandmother, Barbara Clark of Prineville; a granddaughter; sister, Crystal and her husband, Craig Rodgers, of Vancouver, Wash.; a niece; three aunts; two uncles; and many cousins.
Michelle was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alva G. Clark and Jacqueleen and Clinton Palmer; and aunt, Carol Palmer.
