Marjorie Anne Webb

Marjorie Anne Webb, age 61, of Union, died Monday, February 3, 2003 at a La Grande care facility.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2003 at the Union Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Jerry Peters officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Daniels Chapel of the Valley.

Mrs. Webb was born on August 11, 1941, the daughter of Fred and Pearl (Hearing) Pembrook in Baker, Oregon. The family moved from their North Powder farm to Union in 1948 and she graduated from Union High School. On July 30, 1969 she married Kenneth Webb at the United Methodist Church in Union.

Mrs. Webb was a member of the Union United Methodist Church and the Wolf Creek Grange in North Powder. She loved crocheting as well as other crafts. She was an avid reader, Stephen King being her favorite author, and she collected sheep of all kinds.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Webb of Union; children, Stacie Campbell of Ely, Nevada, Leslie Webb of Hermiston, Darin Webb of Madras and Randy Webb of Union; thirteen grandchildren; one great grandson; brother John Pembrook of Costa Mesa, California and other relatives and friends.
