Linda C. Hagen, 59, of Appleton, Wis., and formerly of Elgin, died peacefully Jan. 8 at her home. A funeral service was held Jan. 11 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca, Wis., with the Rev. Dr. Charles Tews officiating. Burial followed at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Farmington, Wis. Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca was in charge of arrangements.
Linda was born July 31, 1949, in Oklahoma City, Okla. She was the daughter of the late Jack Crosser and the late Boots (Spencer) and Wick Churchill. Linda married Phillip G. Hagen April 14, 1972, in Shawnee, Okla.
Those who knew Linda say she was a devoted housewife and mother. She enjoyed knitting and cooking, and she loved to help her family and friends. One of her favorite things to do was play video games with her grandchildren. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Hagen of Appleton; daughter, Jackilee Severin of Waupaca; son, Michael and his wife, Dana Hagen of Cleveland; three grandchildren; brothers, Kindred and his wife, Jackie Crosser, of Oklahoma City, Jack and his wife, Brenda Crosser, of Elgin; and sister, Julia and her husband, Roy Howell, of Elgin.
