Laurel Dawn Fallow Wright

Laurel Dawn Fallow Wright Zelnar, 38, of Medford and formerly of Union and Klamath Falls, died Dec. 25 at her home. A graveside service was held Dec. 31 in Cove. A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Island City.

Laurel was born March 13, 1972, in La Grande to Rose Marie and Donald Fallow of Union. She attended Union High School for 11 years and graduated from La Grande High School in 1990.

She worked for Walmart in La Grande and Klamath Falls for 17 years. She enjoyed her children and her grandson, the outdoors, painting and her friends.

She is survived by her mother, Rose Marie Reese; step-father, Robert; son, Jaymz Wright; daughters, Lauryssa and Joelle Wright; grandson; half-sister, Donnette Samples of Sumner, Wash.; sister, Vikki Simpson of Cordova, Alaska; brother, Troy Fallow and his wife, Tracy, of Oakville, Wash., and Ty Fallow and his wife, Nancy Fallow, of Miami, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Lee Fallow; brother, Errol Lee Fallow; and her grandparents.
