Kelton Wayne Clifton, age 42, of La Grande, died November 2, 2003 at the Grande Ronde Hospital of natural causes. A celebration of life will begin at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Damascus Road Ministries, 905 "C" Avenue with Pastor Kemit Knight officiating.

Mr. Clifton was born June 19, 1961, to Kelton F. and LaRue Stanley Clifton in Center, Texas. He moved to La Grande about eight years ago. He was a truck driver and enjoyed eating out, going to movies and flea markets and spending time with his daughter.

Survivors include his companion, Marta Harvill and his daughter, Alissa Harvill, both of La Grande; two brothers, James Clifton of Center and TaFari Spencer of La Grande; mother, LaRue Spencer of La Grande; grandmother, Susan Clifton of Center and other relatives.
