Kathleen Rae Watters

Kathleen R. Watters, 67, of La Grande died Oct. 29 at Grande Ronde Hospital of natural causes.
A celebration of life will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Loveland Funeral Chapel, 1508 Fourth St.

Mrs. Watters was born April 17, 1938 to Howard and Marla Holmes in Yakima. In 1979 she married Verle Watters. Whe enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, camping, hunting with her husband, collecting antiques, watching QVC and spending time with her animals.

Survivors include her husband of La Grande; children and their spouses, Randy and Shelly Johnson of Whidbey Island, Washington, Sandy Vires of Lynwood, Washington, Lori Elliott of Battle Ground, Washington and Lisa Berry of La Grande; her twin brother, Howard Holmes of California and sisters, Bette Hoskins of La Grande and Claudia Gill of Pasco.
