Judy Bernice Peterson

Judy Bernice Peterson, 61, of La Grande, died June 21 at her home.

A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Summerville Baptist Church. A private family burial will be held later

Judy was born May 3, 1946. She enjoyed arts and crafts and made beautiful wreaths at Christmastime, family members said. She grew beautiful roses and took great pride in her flower garden.

She also loved doting on her dot, Brady.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Larry Neill; two grandsons; siblings, Glenda Hachmeister and Brent Peterson, both of Ogden, Utah; and many nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by a daughter, Christa Riggle; brother, Doug Peterson; sister, Carol Van Hulton; and her parents.
