Hannah Elizabeth (Brown) Owen

Passed away September 17, 2022, at the age of 95 in Baker city, Oregon.

She was born May 22, 1927, in Pasco, WA to Charles W. Brown and Gertrude O. Brown (Allen)

She had one brother Robert A. Brown and one sister Gertrude V. Bennett (Brown)

On February 5, 1946, she married Neal K. Owen and they spent many of the years in Grant and Baker counties. Neal passed away February 5, 1993. She was a wonderful wife who spent many years as a homemaker. She loved to paint, which she was very good at, the outdoors, the mountains, and a good drive to look at the beautiful scenery and wildlife. June 19, 1999, she married Harry L. Owen. Harry passed away on October 21, 2012. They spent their years in Baker and Union Counties. They enjoyed traveling with their motorhome, staying and being a part of the Good Sam RV group. She was very proud to be a Christian and be a part of the Church of Christ. Hannah was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, both husbands, and 2 special nephews. She leaves behind a daughter, a nephew, multiple grandkids and great grandkids and many great great grandkids. A grandma of all grandmas.

A service will be held Friday September 23, 2022 at Daniels-Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center, 1502 7thStreet in La Grande, Oregon at 11 am with graveside to follow.
