Gladys J. Fleenor

Gladys J. Fleenor, 81, of Enterprise, died April 4 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Bollman Funeral Home in Enterprise is in charge of arrangements.

Gladys was born March 28, 1928, to Armand and Leoncie Vigne in Enterprise. She attended school at Chesnimnus, Enterprise and graduated from Joseph. On July 18, 1946, she married Clyde Fleenor in La Grande.

Gladys enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking, sewing and volunteering for the community center and VFW.

Survivors include her son, Claude Fleenor and his wife, Rhonda, of Enterprise; daughter, Meleece DeRoest and her husband, Jim, of Bothell, Wash.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Louise Kellerman of Joseph and Dora Heasty of La Grande; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde in 2007; and sisters, Anna VanDusen, Blanche Young and Helen Hopkins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the community center in Enterprise.
