Gertrude "Judy" Irene Chadwick

Gertrude Irene "Judy" Chadwick, age 83, of Gladstone and formerly of La Grande, died November 3, 2003. A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2003 at the Williamette National Cemtery.

Mrs. Chadwick was born May 19, 1920 to George and Ella Hagey in Starkey. She graduated from La Grande High SChool in 1938 and on February 18, 1942 she married George Chadwick. She was a homemaker and lived 67 years in La Grande. The couple moved to the Portland area 15 years ago to be near family, living first in Milwaukie, then Clackamas and finally Gladstone.

Survivors include her husband, George of Gladstone; children and their spouses, Mike Chadwick, Steve and Delia Chadwick, Mark and Michelle Chadwick, Tony and Jani Chadwick, Leslie and Walter Blackman and Melinda Chadwick; 22 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Memorial may be made to the Willamette Falls Hospice in Oregon City.
