Frances Marie Davis, age 84, of La Grande, died April 9, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in Meridian, Idaho. A viewing was held in La Grande on Friday and a viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at Newcomer's Funeral Home in Dayton, Ohio. A service will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Newcomer's Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Bearcreek Cemetery in Troutwood, Ohio. Those who wish may make contributions in her memory to any local animal shelter in care of Daniels~Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center, 1502 7th Street in La Grande.
Frances was born on June 29, 1931, the daughter of Raymond and Lettie (Sweatt) McFall in Campbellsville, Kentucky. After graduation from high school she married George Fuller. They were married for 23 years before the marriage ended in divorce. She later married William Davis. He preceded her in death in 1994. In 2003 she moved to Imbler and in 2010 she moved to La Grande. She enjoyed watching television, collecting angels, cooking and her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Garry (Mary) Fuller of Las Vegas, Kathy Stewart of La Grande, Terry Fuller of La Grande, Pam (Tom) Richardson of Dayton, Ohio, Donnie Fuller of Dayton, Ohio, Debbie (Jeff) Isbel of Dayton, Ohio, Tim (Lisa) Fuller of Englewood, Ohio, Randy Fuller of Parump, Nevada, Rick Fuller of Dayton, Ohio, Mike Fuller of Dayton, Ohio, Robin (Mike) O'Donald of Imbler, Brian (Kris) Davis of La Grande; Step Sons Keith and Wayne Davis and 3 Step-daughters: Shelby, Carolyn and Dwana; 27 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
