Erma L. Tippett, 97, formerly of Wallowa County, died April 20. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life at 1 p.m. May 21 at the Elks Lodge in Enterprise. Included will be a potluck.
Erma was born Jan. 2, 1914. She lived most of her life in Wallowa County and then moved to Asotin during her final years.
Her family says she spent her life devoted to helping people and she touched many lives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben; and daughter, Sharon; and grandchildren, Karla Earl, Kandi Bonfield and Dirk Zollman.
