Donna Marie Tally

July 27, 1936 — July 14, 2004

Donna Marie Tally, age 68, of Myrtle Point and formerly of La Grande, died on July 14, 2004.

A funeral service will take place at 2pm Sunday at the Myrtle Point Baptist Church. A graveside service and vault interment will begin at 10 am on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at the North Powder Cemetery.

Mrs. Tally was born July 27, 1936, to Clifford and Goldie Perkins Weaver in La Grande. She graduated from La Grande High School and on February 4, 1956, she married Kerwyn Tally in La Grande.

The family moved to Myrtle Point from Baker City in 1972. She worked for Roseburg Lumber in Coquille until her retirement in 2002. She was a member of the Coquille Valley Women's Bowling Association and enjoyed gardening, following the Portland Trail Blazers and being with her family.

Survivors include her husband of Myrtle Point; children and their spouses, Robert and Irene Tally of Pendleton, Linda and Randy Cotton of Coos Bay and John and Cathy Tally of Fairchild Air Force Base; two sisters, Gloria Borchers of The Dalles and Iola Abbott of Caldwell, Idaho; 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Two sisters, Enid Weaver and Wanda Hawkins, died earlier.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
