Beth Kendal Warnock Reagan, 24, of La Grande, died March 27 with loved ones at her side. Her family says Kendal fought long and hard against leukemia for the last 11 months. Her memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church of the Nazarene in La Grande. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery. Loveland Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
Kendal was born Dec. 3, 1986, to Kelly Warnock and Diane Villines at Grande Ronde Hospital.
She married James Calvin Reagan Jan. 10, 2005. She attended La Grande and Imbler schools, and friends and family say she was known for her sassy spirit.
Kendal loved her family and friends and her children were her life. She became a mother at the age of 15 and those who knew Kendal say she carried on a great legacy for her children. She loved the outdoors and spending time with her nieces and friends.
Her family and friends say that even though she was sick, she was always up for spunk and humor. Even her nurses fell in love with her and she put a smile on anyone's face who walked into her hospital room. Family and friends say "she fought so hard to her very last breath."
Kendal is survived by her husband, James "JC" Reagan and their children, Treston 7, Cambrie 6 and Maddoxx 2; mother and stepfather, Diane Villines and Dennis Olsen of
La Grande; father and stepmother, Kelly and Kayla Warnock of La Grande; sister and brother-in-law, Mandi and Chris Parsons of La Grande; brother and sister-in-law, Zane Warnock and Amanda Burkey of La Grande; grandparents, Janice Warnock of Island City and Homer Villines of Caldwell, Idaho; aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her son, Massonn Reagan; nephew, Draek Parsons; grandmother, Dorothy Villines; and grandfather, Ferman "Tub" Warnock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the college trust fund for Kendal's children in care of Loveland Funeral Chapel.
