Ashley Pond

Ashley Marie Pond was born on March 1, 1989. She disappeared on January 9, 2002 in Oregon City.

Ashley's favorite food was "cup of soup" and she drank root beer pop. Her favorite color was yellow. She wore sweat shirts and jeans most of the time. Her favorite music was "Rap" and "Hip Hop".

Ashley was a member of the Gariner Middle School dance team and worked hard on her routines and made devoted friends. She and a friend planned on going to college together and becoming veterinarians. Her family remembers her as a happy, bubbly child who loved to give hugs but was shy with strangers.

A community memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Oregon City High School gymnasium. Parents and children are encouraged to attend together.
